Overview
Petletter for Paws makes goods shared by pets and their people. Beyond a store across keyring, objet, desk and gift categories, we built a 3D customizer that previews name-engraved bowls and a 3D-printing order flow.
Challenge
The warm illustrated, cream-toned brand feel had to survive a complex custom-order flow. Taking engraving text, typeface and size as plain text caused frequent production errors.
Solution
Engraving renders live on a 3D bowl model in the browser, so customers order what they see. Admins upload a new model and it appears in the customizer immediately. Story, custom and 3D-printing pages share one visual tone so brand site and store feel like one place.
