Overview
An internal tool that drafts blog posts with AI for the agency’s brands (agency, casting, speakers and more), then manages editing, review and conversion to the publishing format. It tracks competitor content and keyword rankings and gathers material via RSS.
Challenge
With a different tone per brand, hand-written output topped out at a few dozen posts a month. Reformatting for the Naver blog editor was repetitive, and nobody could see which keywords actually ranked.
Solution
Per-brand tone guides are fixed as prompts to generate drafts; staff only edit and approve. Finished posts convert automatically to Naver SmartEditor format for paste-in publishing, and keyword/competitor monitoring picks the next topics. Team accounts and roles let several editors work together.
Strategy
Fix the tone
Per-brand style, banned words and structure captured as prompts for consistent drafts.
Edit-first UI
The article screen is built for reviewing and fixing faster than generating.
Publishing automation
Finished posts convert to the Naver editor format; only copy-paste remains.
Topic discovery
Keyword ranks and competitor content pick the next topics with data.
